Indulge in our five-course “Breagustation,” showcasing Sri Lanka’s freshest and most flavorful delights. Begin with king coconut, fresh fruits, and house-made toasted muesli, followed by crispy coconut and caramelized banana pramsa tos, our take on French toast. A citrus-based palate cleanser prepares you for the centerpiece: “Hoppas,” mini bowl-shaped pancakes with rolled avocado, tomato, local herbs, and a smoky poached quail egg.
